A photographer and a poet have toured the Ionian and have set down their thoughts and feelings in photographs and words. They have hunted down sunrises, lying in ambush for the sun on the mountains and in the sea. They have been in and out of ferries and cars, they have hurried to and fro, but they have also lain in wait -to capture the Ionian light in living waters which reflect freedoms, on rock which know about colors and tales. They have contended with shadows and silences. And they have caught up with the sunset at the time of player and promise.
