[I Saw you Being Invisible] A group of young people in today’s Athens decide to live together in a block of flats in Kerameikos. ‘’Outside, lightning flashes’’, and Stergios, Anna, Antigoni, Fanis, Dimitra, Eleni, Petros, Pavlos and all the other kids lend new life to the abandoned thirties building. They fall in love, dream, struggle, win, lose and hope... Their strength lies in friendship, love and youth. Their enemy is the elimination of all feelings by geniuses in multinational laboratories who are experimenting on ‘’human consciousness’’ in order to create new genes for fame, prizes and big money. Their goal is for the human species to become invincible even in the toughest, most hostile place on planet earth. If it’s all in your mind, how long are the friends from Kerameikos going to endure looking in each other’s eyes and having ‘’each other’’ in a world where science meddles with instincts? And just think: life lasts only for as long as the morning dew on tree leaves. Or has this changed, too? |
