Pavlakis and Markos are two perpetually unemployed, penniless guys just trying to get a decent meal and marry the girls they love. Pavlakis pretends to be a viscount so that wealthy Toto will agree to marry him, but the masquerade is discovered and the two good for nothing friends hit the road again. Zoitsa tries to find them work but they mess it up – yet again – and end up in the nuthouse.
